Diane Lane plastic surgery has never occurred; not yet. The actress from Streets of Fire movie released during the 80’s, is one of the few lucky ones who are able to grow old gracefully.  In her fifties right now, the actress still managed to maintain her youthful looks although there minor visible lines of aging. 

She still adamant to put her face and other parts of her body under the knife for several reasons.  She said that part of her contemplation was deciding which one is more horrendous; growing old or looking horrid.  At times, she decided to go on and later changed her mind. She said that she lacked courage to proceed with plastic surgery.  There are times that she imagined which part of her body needs to be lifted, augmented, and reconstructed but, she wanted to maintain her integrity and decided to go against.

Indeed, Diane Lane plastic surgery is a lesson for everyone that they have to be cautious.  They have to be convinced and very sure that they need it, want it, and deserved it.  You cannot say that she is a coward.  She just lack conviction, maybe she wants concrete assurances that nothing will go wrong after the surgery and that she will not be embarrassed with the results.  But, there are no assurances realistically speaking.  What you have when it comes to plastic surgery are just faith and trust.  Faith when you think that positive things will come from it and trust that nothing will go wrong.
